Bathtime is a big part of our evening wind down routine. I love using some aromatherapy to soothe my kids at bathtime (great for Moms, too!!). I’m going to share some of my favorite aromatherapy tips and tricks soon, but today I’m talking about a very simple way to kick it up a notch for your little ones in the bathtub.
Beauty
I’ve never had to rely so much on make-up like I do now. Between my melasma that developed during my pregnancies and my dark circles (we all know where that comes from) I need some make-up magic before I get out the door. I’ve also never liked the look of too much make-up. At the moment it’s a pretty big trend that I won’t be following. Yes, make-up is fun and sometimes I have to put more on than I normally would. But this here is my everyday, quick fix; get out the door “natural” approach.

My youngest daughter, Evelyn is a big fan of her sense of taste, and until recently insisted on tasting just about anything she could get her hands on! So when I started looking for sensory projects for her, I sought out ones that were edible. Not the ones that actually tasted yummy, because I felt I would be fueling the fire. Evelyn has thankfully just transitioned out of the “put everything in your mouth” stage, but these bins are great no matter what stage of development your younger children are in.
Mamahood
I’ve talked about my eldest daughter Mabel in previous postings. You might remember reading about our experiences with the “2s” last year. Well … the “3s” are here in full swing!
